You can come out of the furnace of trouble two ways: if you let it consume you, you come out a cinder; but there is a kind of metal which refuses to be consumed, and comes out a star.
Our mental health is equally as important as our physical health. When our mental health suffers our productivity suffers as well. It can become difficult to find the way out of the fog. I use a variety of approaches to support your journey toward wholeness and clarity of mind.
These approaches include:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
You are not alone. I believe the opposite of addiction is connection. You are not weak and this is not a question of how much will power you have. Give yourself the gift of connection and meaning. Let's shift the focus from how to stay afloat to how to reclaim your full potential. I am skilled at supporting both harm reduction and abstinence based goals.
I provide a non-judgemental space for you to open up about your struggles; to bring to light the secrets that are keeping you from being your best you
Embrace a life worth living.
