Our mental health is equally as important as our physical health. When our mental health suffers our productivity suffers as well. It can become difficult to find the way out of the fog. I use a variety of approaches to support your journey toward wholeness and clarity of mind.

Services I Offer
I have been supporting individuals in the community with concurrent mental health and substance use struggles for over a decade. The research shows more that half of those with a mental health issues are also suffering with a substance use disorder as well. In any given year 1 in 5 Canadians experiences a mental health or addiction problem. These issues touch us all.
Your well-being matters. You have many roles in your life and many priorities to juggle. It is a sign of strength to acknowledge that sometimes it is too much. It is ok to ask for a helping hand. Let's get through it together.
